Unlock your potential as an innovative leader within your organization by earning the Professional Certificate in Corporate Entrepreneurship. This program meets 2 consecutive days per month:

• Meeting 1: 2/17–2/18
• Meeting 2: 3/24–3/25
• Meeting 3: 4/21–4/22
• Meeting 4: 5/20–5/21
• Final Course Presentations and Graduation: 6/10

This program is designed for professionals eager to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset within their existing corporate environment. Through a blend of theory, hands-on exercises, and collaborative workshops, participants will learn the essential skills needed to drive innovation, lead impactful projects, and foster a culture of creativity and growth.

Key topics include:

• Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
• Leading innovative projects from concept to execution
• Design thinking, lean startup and Agile management techniques
• Building stakeholder support and navigating corporate structures
• Measuring and scaling innovative initiatives

By the end of the course, participants will have developed a capstone project with focused strategies for growth, positioning themselves as drivers of change in their organizations.
